Remote Pre-Diagnosis of Pes Planus and Pes Cavus Using Arch Index

According to the literature, people with foot deformities report poor quality of life and nearly one-third population has some type deformity. Of all deformities, Pes Planus, caused by loss medial longitudinal arch foot, pes cavus, having an abnormally high plantar arch, are ones that negatively influence productivity society most. In light above, this study proposes a novel mobile pre-diagnosis system for planus cavus is utilizing conventional deformity identification methods accepted in literature through phone app harnesing image processing deep neural networks. As part study, prototype implemented tested using 34 participants - 22 (64.71%) males 12 (35.29%) females average age 24.06. order benchmark our prototype, orthopedic specialist was asked identify key decision making points, which then used calculate type, on set images collected from participants. Then same were fed objective identifying points calculating via help learning algorithms. The comparison results showed specialist’s prototypes findings 91.80% match, indicated overall success
